Editors of a prototype can view and manage all existing public share links from the Manage public links page. Every time a user generates a new prototype public share link, a new link will appear on this page.

View public share links

To view existing public share links:

1. Sign in to InVision and open a prototype.
2. Click Share at the top right corner.
3. Select the Public tab of the share dialog.
4. At the bottom of the dialog, click Manage public links.

For each public share link, you can see the enabled settings, copy the link, and revoke the share link. The following table details what each column in the Manage public links dialog represents.

Hotspot hint

Hotspot hinting is enabled for the public share link.

Hide UI

The InVision toolbar typically seen at the bottom of the InVision console is hidden.

Key navigation

Users can navigate through the prototype screens by pressing the arrow keys on the keyboard.

View and revoke embed links

If you generate an embed link for your prototype, you can view it and delete it from the Manage public links page as well, in the Embed links section.

In the Manage public links page, use the Copy button to copy the existing embed link and the Delete icon to the right of the embed link to delete it.
